Ripple Street Announces Stephanie McHale as Senior Vice President of Solutions

Ripple Street, the leading consumer product discovery platform, is excited to announce Stephanie McHale as its new Senior Vice President of Solutions. In this role, Stephanie will lead the strategy and execution of brand programs that drive measurable business outcomes, strengthen client partnerships, and reimagine how brands connect meaningfully with consumers.

Stephanie brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across media, technology, and consumer packaged goods. She has held leadership positions at Shopkick, House Party, Curalate, and Meredith Corporation, consistently leading high-performing teams and building award-winning partnerships. Her work is rooted in helping brands discover and activate their “why,” with solutions that inspire action, spark loyalty, and drive sustainable growth. 

Her portfolio includes collaborations with many of the world’s most respected brands—P&G, Mondelez, Kellogg, LEGO, Constellation, and MolsonCoors—along with strategic partnerships across leading retailers. This breadth of experience gives her a unique ability to bridge brand purpose with shopper intent, delivering impact at every touchpoint.
