Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute against an end-to-end sales plan to grow our business in key verticals (CPG, DTC, etc.)
  • Work with our Client Success Team to identify and action strategic opportunities to grow existing client relationships
  • Consistently hunt for net new business, executing precise and targeted attack plans within carefully identified verticals
  • Produce annual sales results that meet or exceed assigned goals
  • Partner with marketing and other parts of the organization to identify materials needed to increase close rate
  • Log activity in sales CRM software and provide weekly or as-needed reports using CRM data to manager
  • Regularly analyze industry, market and competitive trends to provide ideas for product improvements or pivots in strategy
  • Spend some time mentoring junior sales hires as you grow in the organization
  • Foster teamwork, camaraderie, and competition within the sales team

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of full-time sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Hunter-mentality with a passion for finding and identifying new customers and closing net new business – existing connections in the CPG space a huge plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable conducting large meetings, small presentations and frequent phone calls
  • Ability to successfully negotiate
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and sales CRM tools; general tech-savviness
